Right On Cue Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions stated here relate to the supply of goods from Right On Cue (us, we) to ‘you’ (The person placing the order). By ticking the ‘I Agree box’ you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
If you do not accept any of these terms and conditions please do not use our website and do not continue through the checkout procedures or any other process on this site.
You are also agreeing that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18 then you are agreeing that you are accessing this site and using it with parental consent or with the help of a guardian or similar. By completing and submitting an electronic order via our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods. Once payment has been authorised and accepted by us you will now have entered into a binding contract.
We require full payment before your order can be accepted. Please note orders will only be completed and dispatched once we have confirmation of authorisation from your payment card issuer.
We are not be liable if there is a delay in this process and we cannot accept your order if payment from the card issuer is refused or is not authorised.
Order confirmation will arrive by email to the email address entered by the you. This email is only confirmation that your order has been received and this does not constitute acceptance from us.
Right On Cue reserve the right to refuse any order and are not obliged to give reason. We reserve the right to change any price or product without notice.
Pricing and Availability
All information on our website is maintained regularly and we make every effort to ensure this is correct and up-to-date. We cannot be held liable for mistakes or omissions. All goods are offered subject to availability. All products are offered subject to stock held. In the event of a product being offered with no stock available, we will inform you and suggest a suitable replacement or offer you refund. We reserve the right to alter prices on products as and when they deem appropriate.
All prices listed are in GB Pounds Sterling and payment can only be accepted in this format. All prices are inclusive of V.A.T. and are subject to a carriage charge (timed options available). If you are ordering from outside the UK, please call for a carriage quotation before placing an order. Orders placed from outside the UK will be declined and refunded unless a carriage quote has been given and accepted and paid for prior to order.
Every effort will be made to ensure that the goods offered on the site are accurately presented and correctly displayed and priced. We cannot guarantee products will always be available and reserve the right to change any prices, offers, sales or discounts displayed.
Orders placed before 12 noon (GMT) will be dispatched the same day in accordance with the carriage option selected. Orders placed after 12 noon (GMT) will be dealt with the following day. Orders received after 12 noon on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday (other than Bank holidays). We use Parcelforce as a carrier. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your goods have been dispatched. We are not liable for late deliveries however caused by circumstances beyond of our control or by failure of Parcelforce to deliver on time. No refunds of carriage or credit on account will be offered regarding late delivery and orders are accepted on this understanding only.
Goods will be delivered to the address specified in the order process. We cannot be held responsible for any failed delivery due to incorrect information or inaccurate information being supplied. Other than very small items that can be posted through a letterbox, most of our products will require a signature of receipt so please ensure someone is available to receive the goods on the day chosen for delivery.
If upon receipt goods are found to be damaged you should inform us immediately by email or telephone (within 24 hours of receipt). In this event, having advised us, please return the goods to us in the same packaging within 7 days of receipt. We will refund up to £10 maximum for your return carriage costs. We strongly advise you use a ‘signature required’ return delivery system as we will not accept a product as ‘returned’ merely on your advice that it has been posted. Once your returned product has been confirmed as received, your carriage cost will be refunded and a replacement product will be dispatched (subject to stock availability). In the event that an item cannot be replaced due to zero stock, a full refund will be offered or a substitute product offered at your discretion.
You are deemed as the owner of the goods you have paid for once the goods are received. Where goods are returned due to order error and an exchange is requested, carriage charges cannot be refunded and a new carriage fee will have to be paid in advance of exchanged goods being dispatched. You are responsible for returning products in the same condition as they arrived with you. If goods being returned to us for exchange arrive with us in a damaged condition, a refund will not be given in any circumstances.
Deliver options may be restricted due to UK Bank Holidays. We would suggest that call to check what deliveries are available if your order is being placed prior to a Bank Holiday to avoid disappointment.
You are deemed as the owner of the goods you have paid for once the goods are received. Where goods are returned due to order error and an exchange is requested, carriage charges cannot be refunded and a new carriage fee will have to be paid in advance of exchanged goods being dispatched. You are responsible for returning products in the same new condition with all original packaging as they arrived with you. If goods being returned to us for exchange arrive with us in a damaged condition, a refund will not be given in any circumstances. We have a 14 days returns policy. You will need to notify us within this time frame and then return the goods to us ensuring that they are returned unopened and as new. When returning you must also include full documentation containing your personal details and your original order number so that the goods can be tracked on their return. All returned goods must be sent by the buyer and be via insured carrier for your own protection and be in the original packaging. You are responsible for the goods until they are returned. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
Goods that have been custom made or personalised cannot be returned or refunded in any circumstances.
Returning goods that are faulty to receive a full refund must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received and again must be returned by insured carrier. If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Please note that our returns policy does not affect your consumer statutory rights.
We may at our discretion (unless the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply), agree to accept the return for credit of unwanted products, the goods must be returned with our prior written agreement within 14 days of delivery. The goods must be unopened and in perfect re-saleable condition. If any items are missing in the original sale we will deduct the costs from the refund due. All goods returned in these circumstances (except where the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply) will be subject to a 15% administration and re-stocking fee of our sale price for the goods.
You will need to allow a further 7 days after we receive returned goods to respond to you.
For a full refund, the product needs to be cancelled before the item has been dispatched. Orders need to be cancelled in writing. An email (unless a receipt is obtained as opened) is not a guarantee that your cancellation request has been received. We strongly advise you to telephone immediately should you wish to cancel a new order as once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the returns fees detailed above.
Should the product have already been dispatched then you will be responsible for the costs of the delivery and return costs of the product.
All goods that arrive as damaged must be reported to us within 24 hours of them being received. Failure to report and provide evidence of such damaged goods will invalidate your claim for goods received as damaged. Only with our written consent may they be returned and only after our written instructions on the said procedure that the customer will be advise to follow dependant on the type of goods ordered.
Right On Cue will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem relating to goods delivered to you and shall have no liability to pay any compensation other than to refund you the amount paid for the goods upon their return. Please note that nothing contained herein limits any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions creates any right which is enforceable by any person who is not a party to the contract between you and Right On Cue. Right On Cue shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver the goods you have ordered or for any delay, damage or defect to goods delivered caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which Right On Cue excludes its liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
